Our Honkai: Nexus Anima tier list evaluates every confirmed Anima creature based on Evolution Test beta performance across Nexus Battle stages, story mode efficiency, and team synergy contribution. Rankings consider star rarity, Aspect identity, Trait role effectiveness, and scaling potential at three-unit and higher synergy thresholds. Tier placements reflect general-purpose value rather than niche scenario optimization.

S-tier Anima dominate multiple content types and remain valuable even without full Aspect synergy activation. A-tier units excel within specific compositions or serve as reliable flex picks. B-tier Anima function adequately in early progression but fall off without investment. C-tier creatures fill collection gaps and tutorial roles but rarely appear in optimized teams. Balance patches during beta may shift placements without notice.

S-Tier Anima

Bladehound anchors War Protector compositions with exceptional front-line durability, making it the most recommended tank for early Nexus Battle progression. Hoppelon mirrors this dominance in Light compositions, pairing naturally with Lumehart for sustain-heavy teams. Mesmerith stands out as a back-row Hate Hothead carry, delivering sleep crowd control that trivializes many Evolution Test boss mechanics.

Cumulon represents the premier Reality Blaster, safe in the back row while outputting reliable AoE damage scaled by Reality synergies. Lumehart is the essential Light Cherubim healer, keeping high-damage teams alive through extended fights. A-Tier Anima

The Memory cluster of Camcorgi, Cinechel, and Inkicorn forms the backbone of late-scaling Memory compositions, each earning A-tier individually and S-tier collectively when deployed together. C-tier units like Nomnom fill gaps when options are limited but should be replaced quickly. Budget Satiation and War Strikers function as temporary front-line placeholders until Bladehound or Felinoxie equivalents join your roster. A B-tier Anima completing a three-unit Memory threshold often outperforms an isolated S-tier unit breaking synergy bonuses.
